Great product - delivery stopped

The back drop is great, exactly as imagined, fab quality print and fabrics and easy to assemble. It came really quickly too and the customer service team were really helpful and responsive. The only issue we had was that the parcel was stopped at import as the info on it was vague and customs thought we'd need to pay extra tax on it coming into the country as a sell on item. Once I explained that it was to be used by us for multiple events as a backdrop, it was released ok. Maybe you could have a tweak of the item description and classification on the import paperwork to prevent this from happening again in the future? Otherwise, very slick and would definitely recommend
