What is "Modular Booth Kits 6m x 6m - Model 08"?

The Modular Booth Kits 6m x 6m - Model 08 is a complete, self-contained exhibition display system designed to occupy a 6m x 6m floor space — a footprint commonly referred to as a 20ft x 20ft island booth in the trade show industry. It brings together a printed fabric graphic, portable frame hardware, and carry storage components into a single cohesive kit, giving exhibitors everything they need to create a branded environment at events, expos, and corporate activations.

Built around a modular approach, this booth kit is intended for brands and organisations that exhibit regularly and require a display that can be packed down, transported, and reassembled with minimal effort. The use of PVC-free fabric for the graphic panels reflects a commitment to more sustainable materials, while the portable frame system ensures the display remains practical for teams without dedicated logistics support.

Common Use Cases

• Trade show island booths requiring a large, immersive branded footprint

• Corporate exhibition stands at industry conferences and expos

• Product launch activations where a prominent display environment is needed

• Retail pop-up installations in shopping centres or public spaces

• Recruitment and careers fairs where a professional, welcoming booth presence is essential

• Sporting events and sponsorship activations requiring branded display structures

• Government and public sector exhibitions and community engagement events

• Brand experience zones at festivals, roadshows, and live events

How to Choose the Right One

• Consider your floor space allocation: Confirm that your venue or event organiser has assigned a 6m x 6m plot before committing to this kit, as the display is designed specifically for this footprint.

• Assess your transport and logistics capability: The portable frame and carry storage components make this kit manageable, but a 6m x 6m display will require adequate vehicle space and handling at the venue.

• Review your artwork readiness: If you have print-ready files, you can upload them directly; if not, take advantage of the free artwork assistance and 2D mockup service before placing your order.

• Factor in reuse and longevity: The 1-year product warranty and machine-washable, reusable fabric make this kit a sound investment for exhibitors who attend multiple events throughout the year.

• Check venue material requirements: Confirm that your event venue accepts fabric displays and review any fire-retardancy requirements — the fabric used in this kit is fire-retardant and meets common trade show venue standards.

• Plan for professional installation if needed: If your team is unfamiliar with modular booth assembly, consider arranging optional professional setup in advance to ensure a smooth and timely installation on the day.
