It was quick and easy to navigate the website and place the order. Product templates could be downloaded to allow me to supply accurate artwork. There were regular updates regarding delivery timelines. Everything arrived on time and well packed. I couldn't be happier, with the service. 5 stars :)

Ian Fraser Fast and efficient ordering process with fantastic communication from the team when we were a bit uncertain about dimensions and picture quality etc.. The end result is a fabulous 4m x 2.3m backdrop recieved in double quick time and very good value for money. We will use again for sure!

Wayne Grant This was my second occasion using Backdropsource and I went in thinking my first extremely positive experience with them might well have been a fluke. I’m glad to say I’ve been blown away once again!
This time we had both sides of our display printed with very different images. I had contacted the excellent Backdropsource customer service team to confirm this would be okay and they reassured me there would be no issue. The service team were once again fantastic in their communication and support.
The order came within the week and I was praying it would be “fine”. It was so much more than that, with the finished raised effect being a thing of beauty. Our event a week later truly gained from the professional and aspirational aesthetic our backdrop delivered. We’ve even been prompted to start a caption competition with a desire to print and raise new images at all our future events. So of course we will definitely be coming back for more of these fantastic products.
