How does an SEG fabric display work?
SEG stands for silicone edge graphic. Your design is dye-sublimation printed onto fabric, and a thin silicone strip is stitched around the edge. That strip presses into a channel in an aluminium frame, pulling the fabric taut so the graphic sits flat and edge to edge, with no visible fixings. The result looks like a permanent fit-out, yet the frame comes apart for transport and storage.
That is why SEG has become the go-to choice when a pop-up banner or printed foam board will not look premium enough. Because the fabric is separate from the frame, you can swap in a new graphic for the next show or rebrand rather than buying hardware again. Backdropsource has made custom fabric displays since 2004, and every display arrives complete with frame, printed graphic and carry bag, ready for tool-free assembly.
