A round backdrop that stands out

This custom circle fabric backdrop display is a 2m diameter tension media wall: a circular aluminium frame dressed in fabric printed with your own artwork. It gives your stand, shoot or celebration a shape that looks different from the usual rectangular walls and photographs well.

It suits UK small businesses, exhibitors and start-ups at trade shows and pop-ups, wedding and party planners, event stylists, and photographers who need a branded or decorative round backdrop stand. If you already own a straight or pop-up display, a circle backdrop adds variety to your set-up, and if you already own the frame, you can order a new print on its own.

Choosing your base, fabric and frame

Choose one option from each of the following.

  • Base: Flat Base or Separate Base, both with the 2m diameter circle.
  • Graphic: Single side graphic printed with Zip Lock, Double side graphics printed with Zip Lock, Single side with Elastic, or No fabric (frame only).
  • Frame: With aluminium frame, or Replacement print only (no frame).

Zip Lock graphics fasten around the frame with a zip, and the double sided version shows your design from the front and back, which suits displays seen from both sides. The Elastic version is single sided and fits over the frame with an elasticated edge. Replacement print only means you receive the printed fabric without any frame or base. Frame only gives you the aluminium frame and your chosen base without fabric.

Size and print quality

The display is a 2m diameter circle. This gives a bold focal point behind a product table, a speaker or a couple, without taking over the room. Check the floor space at your venue against the 2m diameter before you order.

Your graphic is dye-sublimation printed onto fabric. The ink becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on its surface, so colours stay vibrant and the finish looks smooth once the fabric is tensioned over the frame. On double sided Zip Lock graphics, both faces are printed, so your branding looks complete from every angle. Backdropsource also offers PVC-free fabric options, such as 600D eco polyester, if sustainability matters to your brand or client.

From artwork to delivery

Send your artwork, or a logo and a rough idea, and our design team will prepare a free 2D design proof. Revisions are unlimited and there is no obligation to buy. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, so you can share it with a colleague or client for sign-off first.

Production starts within 24 business hours of your approval. Complete displays arrive with the frame, printed graphic and carry bag, ready for tool-free assembly. If a print error is our fault, we reprint it free of charge.

Care, reuse and storage

The aluminium frame is built to be reused, so you can refresh your circle backdrop for each new event, season or client. To do this, order a Replacement print only graphic in the matching option for your existing frame. A new look then costs you only the fabric, and the hardware stays in service.

Between events, take the fabric off the frame and pack the frame and graphic into the carry bag. Store them somewhere clean and dry so they are ready for the next set-up. If you are reselling or hiring out backdrops, you can keep several printed graphics for one frame and switch designs as needed.

Unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days.

What is the difference between zip lock and elastic on a circle backdrop? +
Zip Lock graphics fasten around the circle frame with a zip and come single or double sided, while the Elastic option is single sided and fits over the frame with an elasticated edge. Choose Zip Lock if you need printing on both faces or a fully enclosed finish. Choose Elastic if the display will only be seen from the front.
Flat base or separate base: which should I choose for a round backdrop stand? +
Both bases hold the same 2m diameter circle, so choose based on how you prefer the stand to be set up and supported. Flat Base and Separate Base are each available with every graphic option, frame only and replacement print only. Will a replacement print fit the circle frame I already have? +
Replacement print only graphics are made for this 2m diameter circle frame, so pick the same base type and graphic style you already use. They arrive as printed fabric only, with no frame.
