Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Foldable SEG Exhibition Display - Model 16? +
The Foldable SEG Exhibition Display - Model 16 is a portable display system built on a collapsible aluminum frame with silicone edge graphics fabric printed using high-resolution dye-sublimation. It is designed for trade shows, exhibitions, retail environments, and corporate events where professional branding and quick setup are priorities.
What does SEG stand for, and why does it matter? +
SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphics, a system where a silicone strip sewn onto the edge of the fabric is pressed into a channel on the frame. This method produces a flat, wrinkle-free surface that gives the display a clean, finished appearance without visible hardware.
Does the display require tools to set up? +
No tools are required. The assembly process involves unfolding the frame and inserting the SEG graphic into the frame channel, after which the display is ready to use. An assembly video is also available on YouTube for reference.
How long does it take to set up the display? +
Because the frame uses a scissor-style collapsible structure with built-in support braces, setup is designed to be completed quickly. The tool-free process means no additional equipment or technical knowledge is needed on-site.
What printing method is used for the graphics? +
The graphics are produced using high-resolution dye-sublimation printing onto fabric. This method delivers bold, vibrant colours that are designed to remain consistent and long-lasting through repeated use and washing.
Can the graphics be washed? +
Yes. The SEG fabric graphics used with this display are machine-washable, which helps maintain a clean, professional appearance across multiple events without requiring replacement after normal use.
How easy is it to replace the graphics? +
The graphics are designed to be straightforward to replace. The silicone edge is removed from the frame channel and a new graphic is inserted, allowing exhibitors to update their messaging without replacing the aluminum frame structure.
Is the display available in single-sided and double-sided configurations? +
Yes. This display is available in both single-sided and double-sided options, providing flexibility depending on whether the booth requires visibility from one direction or multiple viewing angles.
What is the frame made of? +
The frame is constructed from lightweight aluminum. This material keeps the overall weight of the display low while providing the structural stability needed for repeated use at trade shows and events.
How is the display transported between events? +
The foldable frame collapses into a compact size for storage and transport. An optional wheeled carry case is available for exhibitors who require additional protection and convenience when moving the display between venues.
Is international shipping available? +
Yes. International shipping is available for this display, and customs-ready support is provided to assist with cross-border delivery requirements.
Is professional installation available? +
Optional professional setup is available on request. For most users, however, the tool-free assembly process is straightforward enough to complete without professional assistance.
What types of events is this display best suited for? +
This display is suited for trade shows, retail environments, brand activations, showrooms, corporate events, and exhibitions. Its portable format and quick assembly make it practical for any setting where a professional branded display is needed on a recurring basis.
