What is a "Fabric Full Open Square Arch Display"?

Fabric Full Open Square Arch Display is a lightweight, freestanding backdrop system built on an aluminium bungee-corded frame and wrapped in 260gsm polyester stretch fabric. It serves as a visual backdrop for events and branded environments, assembling in five to ten minutes without tools. The system supports single or double-sided dye sublimation printed graphics and can also be used unprinted as a decorative frame structure.

Common Use Cases

This display is commonly deployed across a range of event and experiential environments, including:

Wedding ceremonies and themed wedding receptions
Birthday parties and milestone celebration events
Trade shows and branded exhibit booths
Corporate events and brand activation spaces
Photography backdrops for portrait and event studios
Retail promotional displays and product launch events
Seasonal and holiday-themed installations

How to Choose the Right One

Consider whether the event requires a fully branded visual or a decorative structure, since this display supports both printed fabric graphics and unprinted frame-only configurations.
Evaluate the available floor space at your venue, as the arch frame format occupies a defined footprint and is best suited to environments where a vertical, arch-shaped focal point fits the layout.
If portability is a priority, confirm that the nylon carry bag included with the display meets your transport requirements, particularly for events that involve frequent setup and breakdown across multiple locations.
Assess whether single-sided or double-sided printing is appropriate for your event layout, since the display supports both options and the choice affects visibility from different angles in the space.
Factor in long-term reuse when budgeting, as replacement fabric graphics are available separately at a lower cost, allowing the aluminium frame to be retained while artwork is updated for future events.
Confirm your production timeline against the standard 48-hour production and three-to-four-day delivery window, and contact the supplier directly if the event date requires expedited fulfilment.

Domande frequenti

What is the Fabric Full Open Square Arch Display made of? +

The Fabric Full Open Square Arch Display consists of an aluminium bungee-corded frame with two wide steel bases and a 260gsm 100% polyester stretch fabric graphic. The fabric attaches to the frame using a zip at the bottom.

How long does it take to assemble? +

This display assembles in five to ten minutes without any tools. The aluminium frame sections are bungee-corded, which means they connect by clicking together without requiring separate hardware or fasteners.

What print method is used for the fabric graphic? +

Graphics are produced using dye sublimation CMYK printing on 260gsm polyester fabric. This method delivers colour that is embedded into the fabric fibres, which contributes to fade resistance over time and through repeated washing.

Can the fabric be printed on both sides? +

Yes, the display supports both single-sided and double-sided graphic printing. Double-sided printing is useful when the display will be visible from multiple directions within an event space.

Is the fabric wrinkle-resistant? +

The 260gsm polyester fabric used on this display is wrinkle-resistant by design. It is also machine washable, which allows it to be cleaned and reused across multiple events without significant degradation in appearance.

Can the frame be used without a printed graphic? +

Yes, the aluminium arch frame can be used on its own without a fabric graphic. In this configuration, the frame can be decorated with flowers, draping, or other physical decor elements, making it suitable for wedding and celebration styling.

What is included in the carry case? +

The display ships with a nylon carry bag that accommodates the disassembled frame and fabric. This makes it practical to transport between venues or store between events.

What warranty does the display come with? +

The aluminium frame carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear, and any replacement decision is made at the discretion of Backdropsource.

Can I replace the fabric graphic without buying a new frame? +

Yes, replacement fabric graphics are available separately at a lower cost. This allows buyers to update the artwork or design on the existing frame without purchasing an entirely new display.

How quickly are replacement graphics dispatched? +

Replacement fabric banners are dispatched within 48 hours of order. Frames ordered separately are dispatched within 24 hours.

Is the fabric fire retardant? +

Yes, the polyester fabric used on this display is fire retardant. This is a relevant consideration for indoor event venues that require materials to meet fire safety standards.

How is the fabric attached to the frame? +

The fabric graphic is designed as a pillowcase-style sleeve that fits over the frame and secures with a zip at the bottom. This tensioned fit keeps the graphic taut and reduces visible creasing during use.
