A step and repeat backdrop is a printed fabric wall that repeats your logo, sponsor marks or event branding in a grid. Wherever guests stand, your brand appears in their photos and social posts.

This media wall is built for UK event organisers, marketers, small business owners, and venue and PR teams. Use it for product launches, awards nights, red carpet style arrivals, proms, weddings, parties and exhibition stands.

Choosing the right option for your event

Every size comes in the same set of options, so you only buy what you need:

  • Fabric (single) + backdrop stand: printed on one side, for a backdrop placed against a wall.
  • Fabric (double) + backdrop stand: printed on both sides, for a free-standing wall seen from front and back.
  • Fabric + backdrop stand + red carpet: the complete red carpet entrance, single or double sided.
  • Replacement print only (no frame): a new single or double sided graphic for a frame you already own.
  • Only frame: the step and repeat backdrop stand on its own.
  • Only red carpet: add a carpet to an existing setup.

Sizes and edge-to-edge fabric printing

Choose from four sizes to suit your venue and the number of people in each shot:

  • 1.5m W x 1.5m H, for compact spaces and one or two people
  • 1.8m W x 1.8m H, a versatile size for small groups
  • 2.4m W x 2.4m H, for larger group photos and taller backgrounds
  • 3m W x 2.4m H, the widest option for press walls and red carpet lines

Your graphic is printed onto fabric with dye-sublimation, which bonds the ink into the material, so colours stay rich and your logo repeat runs across the whole panel as one continuous print. PVC-free fabric options, such as 600D eco polyester, are available. Check your floor space and ceiling height before choosing a size.

From artwork to delivery

Send your logos or artwork and our design team will prepare a free 2D design proof showing your step and repeat layout. You can request unlimited revisions, and there is no obligation to order.

Nothing goes to print until you approve the proof, so spacing, logo order and colours can all be checked first. Production starts within 24 business hours of approval.

Your display arrives complete, with frame, printed graphic and carry bag, ready for tool-free assembly. If a print error happens on our side, we reprint it free of charge.

Care, reuse and storage

A step and repeat banner is built to be used again. The frame can hold many events' worth of branding, and you can order a replacement print for your existing frame whenever your sponsors, dates or logos change, so there is no need to buy new hardware.

Between events, take the graphic off the frame and store both in the supplied carry bag. Keep the bag somewhere clean and dry, and make sure the fabric is fully dry before packing it away.

If you order a frame or accessory you end up not needing, unused frames and accessories can be returned within 7 days.

Not received my order and no reply to my emails

I paid for my backdrop many days ago and approved the artwork. I was told my order was out for delivery on 22nd September but I have not received it. I also have the invoice from you which I’ve asked twice to be corrected to the correct address. I’ve emailed you 3 times asking where my order is and nobody is replying. If you do not reply I will have to report you to the bank.

Should I choose a single or double sided step and repeat backdrop? +
Choose single sided if the backdrop will stand against a wall, and double sided if it will stand freely where people can see the back. Double sided printing gives a finished look from every angle, which suits venue entrances, exhibition floors and open function rooms where guests walk all the way round.
Can I buy a new print for my existing step and repeat board? +
Yes. Choose the Replacement print only (no frame) option in your frame size, either single or double side. This lets you update your sponsors, event dates or branding without buying the stand again. Pick the same size as your current frame so the new graphic fits properly.
Can I add a red carpet to my backdrop later? +
Yes. The Only red carpet option is sold separately in each backdrop size, so you can add it to a stand you already own. If you know you want the full red carpet look from the start, choose a bundle that includes fabric, backdrop stand and red carpet together.
